Obituary
J. C. Wills, age 73, of Festus, entered into rest Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at St Anthonys Medical Center, St Louis. He was born July 13, 1938, in Bell City, Missouri, to the late Otto Wills and Gusta (nee Roper) Miles.

He is survived by his loving family which includes his wife of 36 years, Joan (nee Masterson) Wills; sons: Rick (Beverly) Wills of DeSoto, Michael (Theresa) Wills of Festus, Allen Wills of Festus and Scoey (Julie) Wills of DeSoto; daughter, Denise (Patrick) Dill of DeSoto; sisters: Christine (Vaughn) Kilmer of Herculaneum, Jurline (Cliff) Bording of Carlinville, IL, Maxine Smithwick of Festus and Sharon Leisure of Hillsboro; brother-in-law, Carson Pruitt of Poplar Bluff; grandchildren: Melissa, Ricky, Amber, Josh, Michael, Tiffany, Kenny, Macie, Penelope, Augustine, Novella, Hannah and Hunter; great grandchildren: Cody, Kierston, Austin, Justin, Jaden, Carter, Courtney, Baylee, Cash and Colin. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a son, Danny Wills; brother, Cletus Wills; sisters: Janice Pruitt and Imogene Kelley; brother-in-laws: Elvis Smithwick, Eddie Wayne Kelley and Johnny Leisure.

J.C. was the owner of Twin City Landscaping in Festus; he was a member of Christ Church, Hillsboro, lifetime member of Elks Lodge 1721, V.F.W. Mens Auxiliary 3777 and Mississippi River Eagles.

Matt Grindstaff and Greg Harned will officiate the service.
