Obituary
Morris "Jack" Cumpton, age 75, of Festus, MO entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 11, 2013 at Fountainbleau Nursing Center. Born on November 10, 1937, in Hayti, Missouri to the late Cletus M. and Annie L. (Pruett) Cumpton. He is survived by his loving wife: Carol (Wester) Cumpton of Festus, MO, son: Jeffrey Cumpton of Jonesboro, AR, daughters: Nicole (Ronald) Siebert of Herculaneum, MO and Meredith Cumpton of Tazewell, VA, stepdaughters: Amy (Keith Akers) Gibbar of Bonne Terre, MO and Tami (Tim) Naeger of Altenburg, MO, 9 grandchildren: Alecia and Ronnie Siebert, Zachariah Cumpton, Ashley and David Robison, Aubrie Harris, Lauren, Esme and Ireland Akers, 2 great grandchildren: Tyler and Trent Dalba, brother: Marvin (Gayla) Cumpton of Kennett, MO, and sisters: Joyce Rankin of Flint, MI, Coranell Brock of Kennett, MO, Nancy (Ted) Purdom of St Louis, MO, Judy Young of Bowling Green, KY and Diane (John) Davis of Piggott, AR and a host of many friends.

He was a retired bottler for Anheuser Busch. He served his country as a veteran for the United States Army. He was a member of the Calvary Assembly of God Church of Festus and enjoyed birdwatching, feeding rabbits, fishing and shooting pool.

Brother Ray Thomas will officiate services.
