Diana Lee (Colburn) Verges, age 62, of Festus, MO entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 5, 2013 at her residence. Born on May 3, 1950, in Waterloo, NY to the late Clair Colburn and Doris (Stanford) Garrison. She is survived by her husband Ronald Verges of Festus, MO, brothers: Steven Colburn of Eagle, Idaho, Robert Colburn of San Jose, California, and Dale Colburn of Vermont, sisters: Janice (Michael) Theis of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jayne Bowman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Deborah (Shannon) Woolsey of Lynnwood, Washington, Brenda (Mark) Fuller of Wasilla, Alaska, Cynthia Colburn of Milipitas, CA and Jeannie Lynn (Joey) Cortes of Mohave City, Arizona; and aunt, Betty Stewart of Willimsport, PA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: Wendell "Rick" Colburn.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed crafts. She loved the color lavender, unicorns, horses and dolphins and enjoyed mothering other people. She loved singing and writing country music and once sold the song "The Outsider" to Willie Nelson.
