Obituary
John "Bud" Dorlac, age 84 of DeSoto, entered into rest in Bonne Terre, Missouri on Sunday, June 22, 2014. Born on July 28, 1929 to the late William and Adele (nee Stutte) Dorlac in St. Louis. John served in the Korean War in the United States Army and later worked as an automotive mechanic for himself; he enjoyed traveling, loved his family, helping at the KC Hall, playing dominoes & cards with friends and delivering "Meals on Wheels".

Survived by his loving wife, Dorothy (nee Cordia) Dorlac of DeSoto; sons: Edward Dorlac, Paul Dorlac, Raymond (Jackie) Dorlac, Albert Dorlac and Tom (Vicki)Haynes; daughters: Joanne (Rich) Berger, Mary Ellen Lambing, Rita Fechner, Adele (Mike) Hollingsworth, Phyllis (Jeff) Alexander and Jackie (James) Juliette; brother, Jerry (Pat) Dorlac; sisters: Mary Kay Kromm, Jeanne (Tom) Sweeney; 20 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his former wife, Florence Dorlac; daughter, Delores Dorlac Thebeau; sisters: Sister Mary Rosaleen Dorlac, Wilma Basler, Marie McDonough, and Elizabeth Politte; brothers: William Dorlac and Edward Dorlac.

Father Alexander Anderson will officiate the Mass.
