Chuck "The Mailman" DeClue, age 66, of DeSoto, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 at his home. Born on August 2, 1947 in Bliss, MO to the late Columbus C. and Julia (Nee Coleman) DeClue. Chuck served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked until retirement as a postal carrier for the United States Postal Service in DeSoto.

Chuck is survived by his loving family: son, Matt (Danielle) DeClue of Farmington; daughters: Charla Lowe of DeSoto, and Christine (Chad) Cooke of DeSoto; brother: Ken (Susan) DeClue of St. Peters; sister: Cindy (Don) Boyer of Littleton, CO; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Bill DeClue and Harvey DeClue; and sisters: Esther Guenther and Donna Guenther.

Chaplain John Davis will officiate the service.
