Bettie Sue (Gibson) Easter, age 66, of Crystal City, MO entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. Born on May 17, 1948, in Prestonburg, Kentucky to the late Grover D. and Jane (Poe) Gibson.

She is survived by her loving husband: Larry Easter of Crystal City, MO, sons: Dustin Alley of Festus, MO, Michael (Helen) Easter of St Charles, MO, Mark (Susan) Easter of Festus, MO and Matt (Lisa) Easter of Festus, MO, daughters: Toni (Ed) Schweiger of Festus, MO, Melissa (Chester) Alexander of Festus, MO and Melinda (David) Perfater of Festus, MO, grandchildren: Teddie and Andrew Schweiger, Taylor Alley, Amy James, Chad and Preston Alexander, Nathan, Mitchell, Olivia, Ginny, Alan, Adam, Breanna and Carter Easter, great grandchildren: Malik, Raven and Jarrell James, Kole and Kobe Alexander, Mariah Weekly, Gianna, Liam and Aidric Easter, step grandchildren: Abby and Adam Marr, brother: Jackie Wayne Gibson of Rutherfordton, SC, sister: Kathleen (Bill Thackett) Anderson of Pierceton, IN, best friend: Susie Hatala of Pierceton, IN and special dog: Rocky.

She worked in the home health field as a care giver. She was a member of the Hyway Rockers Club and enjoyed car cruises, singing, reading and walking her dog. She was a political activist for the Democratic Committee and loved her grandkids dearly.
