Marvin Edward Holzbach, 72, of DeSoto entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at his residence. Marvin was a fork lift driver for O'Sullivan Industry. He enjoyed Nascar and his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. He was member of the Flucom United Methodist Church and the Hyway Rockers Car Club. Born in Richmond, Virginia on Friday, January 15, 1943; he was the son of the late John and Myrtle Holzbach.

He is survived by his life partner, Jeaneyl Hazlett; a son, Troy (wife Dawna) Holzbach of Lamar, Missouri; a daughter, Bonnie (husband, Richard) Behrend of Lamar, Missouri; six grandchildren: Derek, Jacob, Keaton, John, Matt, and M.G.; four great-grandchildren: Zain, James, Jolie and Emery; and one brother, Bobby Holzbach of New Bern, North Carolina.

Rev. Gene Moses will be officiating the service.
