Obituary
Margret A. Skaggs, 74, of DeSoto entered into eternal rest at her residence on Sunday, February 28, 2016. Margret was a homemaker. She enjoyed baking, sewing, and loved her dogs Lacie and Patty. She was born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri on April 5, 1941 to the late Lonnie and Edna (Nee Wisecarter) Mayo. Her husband, Robert C. Skaggs preceded her in death in February 2014.

Surviving family members are her daughter-in-law, Kay (husband, Philip) Robinson of DeSoto; two grandchildren, Heather and Joshua; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Joey and Mason; a brother, Gene (wife, Christine) Mayo of Illinois; three sisters, Sylvia Pettibone from Missouri, Diana (husband, Steve) Knapp and Sandy Mayo all of St. Louis; sister-in-laws: Rose, Pat, and Laura Mayo, and Linda Martin; brother-in-laws: Ken Skaggs, Joseph (wife, Joyce) Skaggs, Albert (wife, Pat) Skaggs, Ronnie (wife, Sally) Skaggs, Jim Brown, and Lonnie (wife, Debbie) Jackman .

Also preceding her in death are her son, William Dycus, four brothers: Jack, Butch, Randy and Teddie Mayo; two sisters, Virginia Smith and Lois Daugherty; sister in laws: Nancy Brown, Barbara Skaggs, Ellen (husband, Bob) Weiss and Lucille (husband, Bernie) Heidebur, brother-in-laws: Paul Pettibone, Frank Skaggs and Leroy Skaggs.

Reverend Gene Moses will be officiating the memorial service.
