Frank L. Friedman, 86, of Hillsboro entered into eternal rest May 26, 2016 at Hillcrest Nursing Center in DeSoto. He had worked as a mail handler for Terminal Railroad and a Truck driver for Truitt Campbell, was a U.S. Army veteran and a life member of the Knights of Columbus. He greatly enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, and hiking. Born October 3, 1929, in Affton, Missouri to the late Joe and Anna (Buehler) Friedman.
Survived by his loving family which include his wife: Catherine (Dazinskas) Friedman of Hillsboro, MO; son Richard (Carolyn) Friedman of Scottsdale, AZ; brother Ray Friedman of Union, MO; sister Dorothy Heitzman of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren: Brian (Jennifer) Friedman of Phoenix, AZ; Sarah (Joe) Olivas of Phoenix, AZ; step grandchildren: Hannah (Austin) Beer of Phoenix, AZ; Grace Rasmussen of Phoenix, AZ; and great grandchildren: Lia, Austin, Dallas, Marshall, Elise, Hudson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, three sister-n-laws: Joe (Marian) Friedman and Art (Rita) Friedman, Patricia Friedman, and a brother-n-law Killian Heitzman.
Father Alexander Anderson will officiate the Mass.
