Mary "Sue" Hagen, 66, of Hillsboro entered into rest August 22, 2016 at Mercy Jefferson Hospital in Festus. She had worked as a line operator at Chrysler Corporation; Sue was a familiar face at the Festus YMCA where she walked 5 miles every day and she was an avid St Louis Cardinal fan. She was a member of Mississippi River Eagles and enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crafts, casinos and especially spending time with her grandchildren. Born August 12, 1950, in St Louis, Missouri, to the late William Ray and Mary Ellen (Boyd) Padgett.
Survived by her loving family which includes her husband: Lawrence Hagen: daughters: Tammy (Lycinda Williams) Hedgecorth of Wappapello, MO, Kelly (Coty) Thornburgh of Greenville, MO, Jennifer (Jeremy) Otte of Festus, MO and Lisa (Ernie) Otte of Festus, MO; sisters: Dorothy (John) Leonard of Fenton, MO, Ellen Provasnik of St Peters, MO and Wanda Jones of Otto, MO; grandchildren: Joshua (Robbie Calhoun) Hedgecorth, Matthew (Rachael Crawford) Hedgecorth, Meghan Klug, Kristopher Satterthwaite, Samantha Klug, Michael Klug, Jacob Otte, Jasmine Otte, Zachary Otte, Zane Otte and Kristin Otte; great grandchildren: Tristan McCain, Skylar Calhoun, Bryson Calhoun, Alexia Hedgecorth, Isabella Klug and Liam Beckett. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by brothers: Charles Padgett, William Padgett and Ronnie Padgett; sisters: Della Zieres and Connie Diedrich; and grandchild: Nicole Hedgeworth.
