Richard David Russavage, 73, of Festus, Missouri, passed away Saturday, April 25, 2020 in his home, Festus, Missouri. He was born August 7, 1946 in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the late Leo P. and Betty A Sanguinette Russavage.
Richard worked as an Inventory Specialist for Monsanto until his retirement. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was honorable discharged in 1968.
He was a member of the Sullivan VFW Post 6410. Richard enjoyed working on cars, doing crossword puzzles, but most of all he enjoyed the time spent with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Catherine Russavage of Festus, Missouri, his two daughters, Jill and husband Terry Graves of Festus, Missouri, and Julie and husband Braden Roth of Festus, Missouri, his brother, John Russavage of Bourbon, Missouri, his two sisters, Babette "Babs" Lee of DeSoto, Missouri, and Linda Roberts of Valley Park, Missouri, his five grandchildren, Austin and Andrew Graves, Levi, Nolan and Ava Roth, and three great grandchildren.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Leo Russavage.
Memorial service will be held at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home of Festus, Missouri.
