Matthew "Dave" David Meadows, 54, of Hillsboro, Missouri, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at home. He was born August 4, 1965 in Clayton, Missouri, son of the late Don Michael Meadows and Mary Ann Poucher.
For many years Dave enjoyed working in the mechanics field assembling and dismantling of automobiles, then he discovered a passion for learning about clean renewable energy and began working in the solar industry in his later years. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, woodworking, gardening, cooking and hosting gatherings at home with his wife. He also enjoyed sharing his knowledge he learned in life to his children and grandchildren, family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Van Sickle Meadows of Hillsboro, MO, his mother, Mary Ann Poucher Booze of Camdenton, MO, his sons, Jason Brown of Hillsboro, MO, Danny and (Melissa) Brown of De Soto, MO, his daughters, Nikki Tucker of House Springs, MO,Sue Anna and(Jim)Garlock-Wagener of High Ridge, MO, his brothers, John S. Wohaska of Barnhart, MO, Kenneth D. Wohaska of Neodesha, Kansas, Kenneth S. Meadows of Yuma, Arizona, Randal G,Wohaska of Camdenton, MO, his sister, Debra K. Brooks of Camdenton, MO, twelve grandchildren, two great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Don Michael Meadows, his brothers, Eric Wohaska and James Poucher, his grandparents William Poucher and Genevieve Poucher, and his first wife, Victoria L. West.
There will be a celebration of life gathering with the location and time being determined at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home of Festus, Missouri.
