Cole Michael West, 35, of Imperial, Missouri, passed away Sunday, June 7, 2020 in St. Louis, Missouri. He was born May 19,1985 in Farmington, Missouri, son of Todd Alan Strong and Theresa Renee (West) Strong.
In 2003, Cole graduated from Fox Senior High School and then served in the United States Army Infantry. In 2017, Cole graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in electrical engineering and was currently working at Boeing Aircraft. In his spare time, he enjoyed tinkering with electronics, going camping, and taking care of his bearded dragon, but most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and especially his children.
He is survived by his parents Todd Alan Strong and Theresa Renee (West) Strong of Imperial, Missouri, his children, Ava, Malia, and Cash West of Barnhart, Missouri, his brother Zachary Strong of Imperial, Missouri, his sister Heather (Brantley) Byrd of Wildwood, Missouri, his aunts, Janet (West) Sebring, Carol (West) Lawrence, Mary Pat West, Annie West, Brenda West, and Marie Strong, his uncles, Greg Strong and Bob Sebring, his nephews Liam and Leyton, his maternal grandmother, Theresa West of Imperial, Missouri, his paternal grandfather, Ralph Strong of Mehlville, Missouri, mother of his children, Allison Cashel West of Barnhart, Missouri, his bonus grandmother Joyce Strange of Potosi, Missouri, bonus grandfather, Jerry Little, of Jackson, Missouri and numerous other relatives and many friends.
Cole was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Stanley H. West, paternal grandmother, Emily Jane Strong, uncles, Stan West, Garry West, Larry West and Jerry West, bonus grandfather Rolla Strange, and bonus grandmother, Myrna Little.
Friends will be received at Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus, Missouri on Thursday, June 18, 2020 from 4:00-8:00 pm.
Services will be held on June 19, 2020 at 9:00 am with David M. Donoso officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
