Obituary
Wenceslaus William “Bill” Stepan, 81, of DeSoto, Missouri, passed away, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in Hillcrest Nursing Home, DeSoto, Missouri. He was born September 21, 1938 in Fort Atkinson, Iowa, son of John Stepan and Lillian (Pecinovsky) Stepan.

Wenceslaus worked as a machinist for Preco Metal Processing until his retirement. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, going to the racetrack and spending time with his family.

He was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church, St. Louis, Missouri.

He is survived by his children, Tim Stepan of Texas, Chuck (Donna) Stepan of New Mexico, Glenn Stepan of Pacific, Missouri, Mike Lambkin of St. Louis, Missouri, Steve (Jenny) Lambkin of O'Fallon, Missouri, Donna Thele of St. Charles, Missouri, Linda Lambkin of Madison County, Illinois, Karen (Gary) Schmitt of Wright City, Missouri, Virginia Stepan of Imperial, Missouri, and Jason (Mindy) Stepan of Arnold, Missouri, his brother, Theo "T.J." Stepan of Iowa, his sister, Lillian Stepan of Iowa, numerous grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Wenceslaus was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Mae Stepan, his father, John Stepan, his mother, Lillian Stepan, his son, Bob Lambkin, his brother, Edward Stepan, his sister, Agnes Stepan.

Services will be held at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins, Festus, Missouri, July 20, 2020 at 3:30 pm with Josh Gary officiating.

Friends will be received at Mahn Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri Monday, July 20, 2020, 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri.
