Obituary
Violet Lucille Graves, 79, of Pevely, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 in Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. She was born November 6, 1940 in Pontiac, Michigan, daughter of the late Ohmer Leroy Millmine and Ruth Lucille (Barton) Millmine.

Violet worked as a Housekeeper Supervisor for Autumn Ridge for 30 years until her retirement. In her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, crocheting, tending to her flowers and garden, she loved all animal but most of all she enjoyed the time spent with her family and friends.

She was a life member of Elks Lodge Festus-Crystal City #1721.

She is survived by her children, Lonnie Dean Graves of Pevely, David Douglas Graves of Pevely, Lawrence Lane Graves of Bonne Terre, her grandchildren, Jennifer Loraine Graves, Daniel Raymond Graves, Jr., Amber Dawn Graves, Lacy Graves, David Douglas Graves, Jr., Jacob Riley Graves, and Brittany Marie Cobb, her five great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Violet was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lane Graves, her son, Daniel Raymond Graves, her daughter, Lisa Dawn Graves, her siblings, Ohmer Oliver Millmine, Maynard Stewart Millmine, and Janet Louis Millmine Fritz.

Services will be held at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins, Festus, Missouri, September 5, 2020 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. Randy Gray officiating. Interment will follow in the Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Pevely, Missouri.

Friends will be received at Mahn Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri Saturday, September 5, 2020, 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri.
