Clessie J ODell, 78, of Barnhart, Missouri, passed away, Thursday, August 27, 2020 in her home, Barnhart, Missouri. She was born February 6, 1942 in St. Louis, Missouri, daughter of the late John Samuel Fredrick and Ester Faye (Crockett) Fredrick.
Clessie worked as a supervisor for CleanTech. In her spare time, she enjoyed dancing, fishing, watching her tv shows especially Little House on the Prairie but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was a member of Influence Church formerly known as Church in Action.
She is survived by her children Susette Kay Barnes of House Springs, Whitey William (Diane) ODell of Imperial, Robin (Bart) Anderson of Barnhart, Denise Burk, Arnold, her brother, Paulie Fredrick of Grandin, her two sister-in-laws, Wilma Fredrick of Grandin, Donna Fredrick of St. Louis, her sister, Anna (Vincent) Richardson of Arnold, her eleven grandchildren, her eleven great grandchildren, her son-in-law, Mark Ward of Imperial, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Clessie was preceded in death by her husband, Roy William O'Dell, her father, John Samuel Fredrick, her mother Ester Faye (Crockett) Fredrick, her daughter, Babette Faye Ward, her two brothers, Jim Fredrick, Richard Fredrick, her sister-in-law, Cecelia Fredrick, her grandson, Daniel Frank Ward, her two son-in-laws, Kelly Burk, and Daniel Barnes.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri.
