Billie Ann (Hyatt) Cook, 67, formerly of Park Hills and Cardwell, MO, passed away Thurs, Sept 18, 2008. She was a homemaker who loved to entertain and make people laugh. She enjoyed crocheting, reading romance novels, soap operas, shopping, and decorating for Christmas. She was the perfect "southern hostess". She liked to watch "Little House On The Prairie" which always made her cry. She was born May 27, 1941, in Marmaduke, AR, to the late William Carl and Lorene (Phipps) Hyatt.

She was the dear mother of Jerrie A. (Douglas) Manning of Festus and Billy M. (Tania) Cook of Park Hills, MO; dear sister of Donald J. Hyatt of Flint, MI;dear grandmother of seven grandchildren: Brandellon (Chad) Alexander, Michael Watson, Kimber Manning, Chase, Morgan and Matt Cook and Mandy Flanders; and dear great-grandmother of five great grandchildren: Jason Flanders, Kobe and Kole Alexander and Haelunn and Devin Austin.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Mike Cook; brother, Jimmie D. Hyatt and sister, June Denkins.

Family and friends will meet Sunday at 4 p.m. at New Friendship Cemetery for committal service.
