Obituary
Danny Lynn Hassell, 82, of Imperial, Missouri, passed away, Saturday, January 9, 2021 in his home. He was born September 4, 1938 in Licking, Missouri, son of Burnie Self Hassell and Fern (Kitchen) Dearing.

Danny worked as a Union Rep for Chrysler for Twenty-seven years. After retiring he enjoyed bowling and working around the house and building things. He was a member of the UAW #136, Elks Lodge DeSoto #689, and the DeSoto Trail Riders.

He is survived by his Significant Other, Carol Bradley of Imperial, sons, Danny Steven (Connie) Hassell of Festus, and Nicholas Matthew (Stacie) Hassell of Kirkwood, his step-son, Trevor (Sondra) Smith of Arizona, his daughter, Cherrie Lynn Doyen of New Mexico, his step-brother, John Dearing of DeSoto, his sisters, Sue Templeton of Richmond Heights, and Judith Murphy of Florida, his grandchildren, Luke Steven Hassell, Ashley Paige Hassell, Taylor Matthew Hassell, Alexa Marilyn (Addison) Brush, Stefan Michael Hassell, Danielle Dearing, Emily Starke, Charlie Daniel Smith, Kira Smith, three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Danny was preceded in death by his father Burnie Self Hassell, his mother, Fern Dearing, and his granddaughter, Alissa Deanna Goedecke Blanton.
