Obituary
Carroll Richard Carron, 89, of Festus, Missouri, passed away, Saturday July 31, 2021 at Brook Haven Health Care, West Plains, Missouri. He was born February 28, 1932 in Bloomsdale, MO, son of Carroll William and Frieda (Basler) Carron.

Carroll worked as a PP&G in the Box Shop. He served our nation proudly in the United States Navy, with the rank of FN. During his time in the service he was decorated with the National Defense Service Medal, United Nations Service Medal, and Korean Service Medal. Carroll was a life time member of the VFW Post 3777.

On, October 29, 1955 at St. Pius X, Glascow Village, Missouri he was united in marriage to Mary Amanda Jones and to this union six children were born. They shared sixty five wonderful years of marriage together.

He is survived by his wife Mary Amanda Carron of Festus, his children, Kim Carron of Seabring, Florida, Kenny (Melody) Carron of Pensacola, Florida, Kevin Carron of Festus, Carol Lee (Perry) Guard of Forsyth, his adopted daughter Debbie (Bobby) Walker of West Plains, his sister, Peggy Fisher of Ste. Genevieve, his twelve grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.

Carroll was preceded in death by his daughter, Kay Carron, his son, Keith Carron, his father, Carroll William Carron, his mother, Frieda (Basler) Carron, his sister, Elfrieda Fisher, and his two brother-in-laws, Les Fisher, and Ralph Fisher.

Services will be held at St Agnes Catholic Church Cemetery, August 2, 2021 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the St Agnes Catholic Church Cemetery, Bloomsdale, Missouri.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel, Festus, Missouri.
