Obituary
Donald W. Barbee, 69, of DeSoto passed away on Monday, March 30 in DeSoto. Born October 3, 1939 in Newtown, Missouri; he was the son of the late Wayne and Helen (White) Barbee. He is survived by his loving wife, Helen (Deuschle) Barbee.

Mr. Barbee is also survived by a son, Tracy Dean Barbee of DeSoto; a brother, Larry (Darlene) Barbee of Kansas City; a nephew, Brent Barbee of Kansas City; a great niece and many friends.

Mr. Barbee was a signalman for Union Pacific Railroad. He had worked for the railroad company for 32 years. He was a member of DeSoto Elks #689, was friends of Amvets Post #48 of DeSoto, loved to fish, enjoyed playing pool and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed the W.W.E. and College Final Four.

The Memorial Gathering and Service will be officiated by Rev. Gene Moses.
