Paul Emile Ethier, 89 of St. Louis passed away at St. Johns Mercy Hospital, St. Louis on May 4, 2009. He was born January 30, 1920 at Ste. Michele Des Sainto, Canada, to the late Armand and Clementine (Tellier) Ethier. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy (Long) Ethier of St. Louis.

He had been with Lowenbaum Manufacturing Company for over 40 years as a cutter/marker. He was a member of ILGWU-International Ladies Garment Workers Union. He had served in the United States Air Force during World War II.

Mr Ethier is also survived by two brothers: Paul Rondeau of Providence, Rhode Island, and Noel Rondeau of Bridgeton, Missouri; two nieces, Debbie Richeson and Pattijo (Mark) Williams; three nephews: John "Rich" (Joyce) Richeson, Dennis Richeson and Guideon Richeson; 7 great nieces and nephews; and 12 great-great nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters; brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws and 1 great nephew, Cary John Richeson.

Funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Charles West.
