Judith Cooper, 65, of DeSoto passed away March 22, 2007, in DeSoto. Mrs. Cooper was a homemaker and a member of Raintree Church. She was a member of AmVets Post 1 and a life member of Disabled Veterans. Born September 15, 1941, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Arch and Delia (Rowland) Byers Sr.

She is survived by her husband, Herbert Cooper of DeSoto; two sons: Aaron Cooper and Jason Cooper, both of Yuma, Arizona; two daughters: Rhonda (Clyde) Martinez of DeSoto and Ellen Renee (Randall) Fears of Denver, Colorado; three brothers; Earl (Rose) Byers of DeSoto, Don (Ruby) Byers of DeSoto and Byron (Mitzie) Byers of DeSoto; one sister, Sybil Winkleman of Potosi; three grandchildren: Essence Fears, Julian Murray and Thiannon martinez; and two great-grandchildren: Joziah Rodriguez and Dominique Rodriguez.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Arch Byers Jr. and Roger Byers; and two sisters: Kay Westbrook and Glenna Isgrigg.

Visitation Monday, March 26, 2007 from 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. Funeral service on March 27, 2007 at 11:00a.m. officiated by Rev. Larry Addison.
