Mr. William C. "Bill" Black, 71, passed away in Cape Girardeau, MO on March 27, 2010. He was a machinist/metal fabricator for Otten Screw Products. He enjoyed senior citizens, fishing, hunting and gardening. He was born September 15, 1938 in Piggott, Arkansas to the late Ellsworth and Jewell (Yow) Black.
He is survived by his wife: Betty (Hodge) Black of DeSoto; daughters: Tamara Black of DeSoto, Tina Hasten of DeSoto and Martha McGrew of St Louis; stepdaughter: Pam (Ray) Ridenour of St Louis; stepsons: Jeff Davidson of Jackson, MO and Danny (Tiffiny) Muehlheausler of Morley, MO; brothers: Robert Black of Pacific, MO, Wayne (Teresa) Black of Rector, AR, and J.D. (Pat) Black of Bernie, MO; sisters: Rose Roth of Wheaton, IL and Judy (Bruce) Shelton of Dexter, MO; 14 grandchildren: Adam, Hunter, Billi Jo, Zachary, Jeffrey, Beth, Mandy, Jessica, Matt, Patty, Gunner, Chase, Nicole, and Maddie and 4 great grandchildren: Zach Jr, Betty, Raelynn, and Gavin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a stepson: Ron Davidson, sister in law: Betty Black, brother in law: Rich Roth and grandson: Jonathon.
