Obituary
Charles L. "Dal" Caldwell, 81, of Hillsboro (formerly of Mapaville), entered into rest February 10, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Crystal City. He was retired from General Motors Corp and was a U.S. Army/Korean War veteran; he was a member of UAW Local 25 and enjoyed fishing. Born July 31, 1930, in Black Oak, AR, to the late Charles A. and Edna (Carlile) Caldwell. His wife, Lucy (Strawbridge) Caldwell preceded him in death on May 14, 1997.

Survived by a son, Charles "Mike" Caldwell of Ft Wayne, IN (formerly of Mapaville); and a daughter, Deniece (Mark) Boehm of Barnhart, MO; brothers: James Caldwell of Lake City, AR, Rex Caldwell of Jonesboro, AR and Bobby (Ida Sue) Caldwell of Lake City, AR; sister, Phyllis (Dub) Newell of Jonesboro, AR; and 2 grandchildren: Matthew Boehm and Cody Boehm.
